Srsly. I read it on one sitting, start to finish. And felt a little sad when it was over.I'm the ED of a small and scrappy non-profit who's in the process of making some big changes. I'm very much working in the proverbial trenches, and I'm here to report that Simone nails this one in a way that only someone who's walked the walk can.Sometimes I read things and think, "Wow, have you ever actually tried any of this in the real world...with real people?"
